Large Gillows Style Solid Mahogany Dining Table

Description

A very fine large early 19th century George IV period solid mahogany DINING TABLE in lovely condition.

This impressive table (unsigned but almost certainly by Gillows, and very similar to the firm's famous "Imperial" Dining Table) ...is of a wonderful warm colour and is complete with its three original solid mahogany leaves with their reeded edges. It is supported on six turned and reeded legs with original castors, and extends to seat TWELVE if required, extending to 9ft 9ins long and 51ins wide. (297 x 129cms) A gorgeous and practical dining table.
