Description

Impressive run of three Edwardian oak stacking office bookcases by the Globe Wernicke Co. c.1910. 15 bookcase sections of graduated heights with Wernicke’s patented lift and slide door mechanism. Shown here as three 74" tall stacks with five sections to each, they can of course be easily reconfigured to stand in any arrangement you desire. Excellent quality, with solid oak sides, shaped cornice pieces and plinths. Copperized metal braces, brass knobs and original Globe Wernicke maker’s labels. Good pale colour and excellent condition.
