Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The quadrants with seaweed decoration, and the edges with rounded mouldings.

The frieze with two oak lined flush drawers, centred with a seaweed rondel, repeated to the rear frieze; the lower edge of the frieze with a small mould running to the four cabriole legs, finished with mould corners, and tapering to a Braganza foot.

The drawers stamped for Gill and Reigate.
Gill and Reigate were late 19th century furniture makers in Oxford Street and Soho Square London.
