Description

Early 19th.c. Regency era rosewood breakfast dining table c.1830. Circular 48" diameter top with beautifully figured rosewood veneers on solid mahogany groundwork, with crossbanded edge and apron. Raised on a column pedestal, also in rosewood, with unusual carved detail to the base. On a tripod plinth with attractive carved feet with their original brass castors. Comfortably seats six, the top can be tipped to vertical when not in use. Excellent colour and condition, some earlier repairs to the veneers, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
