Jeff Sims Antiques has dated this piece to the Regency era.
It is of circular firm with a drop centre to hold a deccanter. The wide lip has petal edging and hobnail cut design. To the centre the base has deep fan cutting. A wonderful example of Georgian social glass.

Condition :- Very good. The petals on the edging have some losses and the hobnail cutting has some loss to a couple of the points, all commensurate with age and use.
