The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed and it has the serial number 23,289,024 which dates it back to 1919. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has a 1913 presentation engraving.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the 10ct gold plated Moon model by the watch case maker Aaron Dennison. It is in good condition and has the original recipient’s initials elaborately engraved to the back.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside the acrylic lens has a light marking but is acceptable.
The signed white enamel dial is in good condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers. To wind the watch, you push the crown in slightly and wind.
