A Rare Oak George III Period "Silhouette" Dresser and Rack

Description

A rare oak George III Period "Silhouette" dresser and rack. The upper rack section with a beautiful pierced fretwork frieze flanked by triple reeded supports and with three oak shelves. The base with a traditional two plank top above three pine lined frieze drawers retaining the original brass swan neck handles and with a beautifully shaped front apron. The whole supported on unusual and rare silhouette front supports. English circa 1790-1800

Dimensions: 65" wide x 17" deep x 76" high

Condition: This dresser and rack is in total original condition, a wonderful colour and patination
