Description

A good burr walnut dressing table and matching stool in the Queen Anne style. Well made in solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. There are tryptich mirrors with the central one being adjustable in rake and the outer two in angle. The serpentine shaped top is cross banded and there is a series of one long , flanked by 4 shorter drawers. The table (and the stool) stands on elegant cabriole legs with carved detailing to the knees. We have had this item sympathetically repolished to a very high standard, it now has a lovely mellow light walnut colour and a good patina. It is offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
