The central rectangular panelled door having a wonderful quality raised lacquered panel depicting a Japanese rural scene, opening to reveal an oriental silk lined interior with plate glass shelves and glazed ends. The lower section with a central panel hinged door enclosing a storage area. Having floral panels to the ends the whole supported on four turned feet. English in the Chinoiserie style circa 1900-1910
