French Art Deco bronze sculpture of a stag and doe, set on a portoro marble base. This sculpture is signed in the bronze by the French artist L.RICHE and stamped bronze.

Louis Riche, born in 1877 in Paris. He studied under Gardet and Perrin and exhibited at the salon des Artistes Francais receiving a first class medal in 1924. He specialised in animal groups and produced highly skilled works of art.
