Set of 19th C Champagne Flute Glasses

Description

A Set of Six 19th Century Champagne Flute Glasses.

Each with an outward flared rim, above a tapering body, the lower half of which is decorated with rising, round topped chamfers. the bodies swept in to double ring socles and baluster stems, resting on a circular spreading foot.

Attractively shaped bodies and noticeably better stems than the norm.

Date c 1850.

Height 6 1/4 inches, diameter 2 1/2 inches.
