Description

Fine pair of large Georgian style high wingback armchairs. Shaped backrest, wing sides and roll-over arms with carved scrolling acanthus leaf detail to the fronts. Over a generously proportioned sprung seat with loose cushions. Serpentine front edge and a shaped apron continued on the sides, raised on crisply carved cabriole legs in solid mahogany. Recently upholstery in an fawn velvet type fabric. Excellent condition with clean covers.
