A Rare and Unusual Small Regency Davenport. C.1810.

Description

A really unusual and rare small Regency Mahogany Davenport Desk. It has a wonderful colour and patina with it’s original leather writing area.

Please see the pictures which illustrate how the slides operate from the sides, the top actually pulls out so that it leaves room for the legs if sitting to work at the davenport, this really neat and unusual.

It has drawers to one side with a locking key. This a really fine quality piece of Georgian furniture.
