A pretty, late Victorian, inlaid mahogany and satinwood armchair. Constructed in good quality solid mahogany with an inset inlaid satinwood panel to the back splat and further inlaid stringing decoration throughout. Of scrolling form and shape with a carved crest to the top and further carved detailing to the knees. The central inlaid satinwood panel depicts a musical and floral scene. The upholstery to the seat is a tapestry wool-work and is in very good order. This appealing and elegant chair is offered for sale in excellent original condition, ready to go straight into the home.
