An Victorian Mahogany Wedge Shaped Display Cabinet with Mirror Back. Circa 1900.

Description

A good victorian mahogany, museum or shop, mirror backed display cabinet of wedge shape design. Circa 1900.

Ideal for the display of a multitude of collectables. Particularly useful for edged weapons, guns, or fishing tackle. This was probably a table top piece but could be attached to a wall or left free standing. The plate glass, mahogany framed top lifts and is held by a retaining chain. The inner back of the cabinet is mirrored in the traditional way.

Dimensions.

Length. 53 inches.

Height at highest point. 7 inches.

Height at lowest point. 4 inches.

Front to back. 8.5 inches.
