The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a Swiss signed movement with 15 jewels which is working well.
The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London (import mark), 1924 together with the Ingersoll name. The front of the case is in good condition… the case back has an indentation to the corner and some unevenness commensurate with its age.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch has a later brown leather strap.
