~~ Excellent condition ~~
A stunning clock set, very well modelled in the Gothic style in gilded brass. The case is architectural in form and features curved panels to the sides with Lions Rampant. The lions are also depicted on the candelabra. Above the dial is a grotesque mask and to the top of the case is an urn, styled as a roof lantern. Candelabra have architectural bases and 6 light candelabra, styled as trailing foliage. This is a heavily cast and well finished clock set.

The dial is gilded brass with 12 individual enamel cartouches. The back door is glazed to allow the movement to be seen.
Pendulum has been replaced. It runs for 8 days and strikes the hours and halves on a bell. Click the movie below to hear the bell and watch the clock running!

Condition of the case is excellent with clean and bright finish and there are no losses. There is some very minor wear to the original gilding on the high spots. Candelabra are slightly distorted. The dial is also in excellent condition with no chips or scratches to the cartouches.

Complete with pendulum, bell and a suitable key. Full setting up instructions supplied if required.
