A rare and beautifully crafted solid silver tabacco pot. The pot opens by squeezing the sides gently. Lovely simple design with a letter ''D'' in the centre. When opened, it exposes a gilt interior. Hallmarks and maker''s marks are clearly visible: Birmingham 1911, Mappin & Webb.
Condition (see photos):
In great used condition commensurate with age. There is a very small dent to the outer rim of the pot (see photos).
