Description

A Harlequin set of 6 ash and elm Lancashire spindle-back dining chairs including two carver armchairs. Each chair with traditional wavy top rails with turned spindle backs, rush seats and supported on turned supports with rolling pin stretchers. English circa 1830-1840

Dimensions: Carvers 42" high x 24" wide x 18" deep Stand Chairs 37" high x 19" wide x 15" deep (seat heights 17")

Condition: This set of chairs are in excellent condition, cleaned and waxed. The rush seats are in good condition.One seat has been recently re-rushed and is a slightly lighter colour. Please note this is a harlequin set produced in the Lancashire area 1830-1840
