Here we have an Antique Pine Flat Top Chest Box dating from 1890 in very good condition for its age.

When you open the box you will see the original strap hinges and candle box.

This would have been used as a linen/blanket box but nowadays these chests are used for storage of toys or shoes, even an alternative to a coffee table.
