Carolean Style Oak Bench C.1890

Description

Unusual late 19th.c. Carolean style carved oak bench c.1890. Beautifully carved and pierced back rest and shaped arms with scrolling acanthus leaf ends. Over a two plank oak seat with moulded edge raised on eight turned and block legs joined with a pierced stretcher across the front. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
