An Adam Period Mahogany Arm Chair

Description

This handsome arm chair stands on turned and fluted legs with carved anklets. also with saddle shaped seat, carved and molded arms and the back with carved wheat ears, hare bells and patera. In very good and original and of good colour and patina. The seat has recently been recovered in pale linen and float buttons. 960mm high, 620mm wide, 580mm deep and 480mm seat height. Circa 1785.
