The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a signed hand-winding movement which is working nicely. Dimier Freres & Cie was a well known importer and seller of watches with an office in London.
The watch measures 33mm diameter excluding the winding crown and fixed wire lugs.
The case is in good condition for its age with just the odd mark. The screw-on bezel and case back are good signs of quality.

The back of the watch has a 1922 personal inscription to Mr Davies from the choir of Clyne Chapel. Clyne Chapel was built in 1907 and was originally in the Parish of Oystermouth, Swansea.
The lens is in good order.

The white enamel dial has a couple of hairline cracks radiating from the centre. The hands appear to be the originals… the infill has come out of the hour hand. Subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
A new black leather strap has been fitted.
