A George III Mahogany Inlaid Tea Table

Description

This lovely quality table stands on fine square tapered legs which are beautifully inlaid on all four sides and spade toes. The frieze too is inlaid with ebony and boxwood stringing and rosewood panels, to the front there is a single drawer and to the rear the table has a double gate, meaning both the back legs swing out to support the top in the open position. The top itself is banded in purple heart and ebony. In very good and sympathetically restored condition. 750mm high, 98.5mm wide and 470mm deep. Circa1820.
