A Gorgeous Silver Mounted Regency Period Pepper Pot.

A gorgeous silver mounted pepper pot from the Regency period. This delightful example has an ovoid body with cross-hatch and vertical cutting - repeated on the base. The pull-off lid is hallmarked and has reeded sides. A wonderful example from the Georgian dining table, both practical and decorative.

Condition :- Very good with no splits or losses to the silver. The glass is very good with only a few fleabites and some nibbles around the foot, commensurate with age and use.
