Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1890s.

This dish would create a magnificent show on the sideboard or on the dining table, with plump bunches of grapes hanging from the grapevine branches. I have a similar one, which I fill the dish with fruits and nuts at a dinner party; always stylish and always impressive.

As this example of Sheffield plate is by Walker and Hall, it allows us to date it accurately to the late Victorian period in the year 1899.
Excellent condition measuring 12" x 10" and standing 10 1/2" tall.
