The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a signed Swiss hand-winding movement, probably a Landeron 48, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case has a plated bezel, an alloy centre section and a stainless steel snap-on case, a combination often seen during the second half of the 1940s, post World War 2. The case has pitting to the bezel and the finish has worn off one of the chrono buttons but overall the condition is commensurate with its age and most acceptable. The case back is signed Gloria.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original condition and there is some age related patination in line with its age.
A new black leather strap has been fitted.
