A Gents 1950s La Tour Wrist Watch

1940 - 1960
Description

A gents La Tour wrist watch.

The watch has a Swiss hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch is a very wearable size at 37mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case has a little rubbing but overall the condition is very acceptable. The shape and detailing to the case makes this a very handsome piece with lots of charm.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in its original finish, with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
