This is a fabulous piece of Gothic Revival, it is decorated with Arches and Roses in the Gothic style, the pulpit is a free standing floor piece, it comes in three main parts and lends itself to a Gothic themed setting
Originally from a Victorian Church, the Pulpit has 6 sides. We have set the pulpit up for the benefit of the pictures but be warned it is very heavy and several people are required to do this, the lower section 40” high supports a 2” thick solid pine floor and the open backed pulpit 35” high sits on this, it has a seat and a prayer book holder inside, there are removable pieces of moulded wood around the edges
