Elmgarden has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
It has a cross banded top and there are 2 drawers on one side, the deep frieze on the other side is carved to match but with no drawer, so this piece looks wonderful from both sides

The legs are in an H formation with intricate carvings of the heads of Mythical Serpents and Acanthus leaves and tall ornate spindles
This is an unusual piece to come across and a delight to look at it would work very well as a hall table, it is in good attractive condition with no obvious signs of any repairs

The table is 51” wide, 30" high, 31” deep
