Attractive Early All Iron Bed C1890

Description

Attractive early all iron bed with hockey stick detail in foot panel. Pleasing shaping and good detail in decorative castings. Original porcelain castors. Hand finished in Little Greene paint company Jack Black. Restored in our own workshops where we have full control over the level of unbeatable craftsmanship. Side rails have been lengthened and strengthened to take modern king size 150cm x 200cm mattress.

Max head height 147 cms, max foot height 125cm, side rail height 145cm.

Overall width 152cm; overall length 212cm.

Price includes pine wood slats (sorry not mattress)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases 2" with platform top as used for photograph or 4" with springs for superior mattress support. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices. Please see our own web site for details or e mail to request.

National and international delivery can be arranged. Please send post code/address if quote required.

We do have many more beds awaiting restoration please feel free to ask about these if searching for different style.
