Colonial Style Solid Oak No End Double Bed

Description

Colonial style solid oak no end double bed with barley twist detail and elaborate carving. Unusual clockwise and anti clockwise turnings in posts in head end. Elaborate carved details with foliate and dragon details. Amazing looking bed.Good solid construction.

Maximum head height 186cm; max foot height to top of posts 94cm; side rail height 41cm.

Overall width 140cm; overall length 206cm.

Price includes wood slats *(sorry not mattress)

As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases.Picture taken with 2" box base. Please click on link to our web site and enter mattress section for images, specifications and price list for these type of bases and our range of hand made mattresses.

Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 25 years. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.

We offer on site B & B facilities if you are travelling a distance to view.
