1920s Limit No 2 Pocket Watch and Albert

Description

1920s Limit No 2 pocket watch and albert.

The watch has a signed stem-winding movement which is ticking away nicely and keeping good time. The movement is signed Limit No 2. The movement is protected by an inner dust cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The front and sides of the nickel case are in good condition the hinged case back has some indentations and unevenness.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.

The dial is signed Limit No 2, Non Magnetic, Swiss Made. It is in good condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch comes with an unusual albert which measures 33.5cm long including the T-bar and the clasp, and it weighs 21.5g.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
