The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover upon which are engraved various details of the movement.

The watch measures 51mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is 800 silver… originally there would have been rose gold wash highlights but these have worn off, or been polished off, over the years. The back of the watch has the Swedish coat of arms.

The watch glass is in good condition.
The white enamel dial is in lovely condition and the ornate hands are a particularly handsome feature… the ornate hands were very popular in the Scandinavian countries around the early 1900s. There is also a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
