Lancaster Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The pattern is the same on all sides, and is the original glass.
We did not want to replace the piece of glass with a modern piece because it would not match. The price reflects this.
The lantern measures 36cm in total in length; the panels are 30cm x 23.5cm.
It comes with some original fitted dark chain and we can supply a dark brass ceiling hook if required, and possibly some longer chain to match.
The light can be viewed and collected from us in Surrey by appointment as we no longer sell through a retail outlet. If the buyer can arrange collection from us, we will pack it safely ready for collection and offer a discount.
If the delivery address is within each reach of the Surrey section of the M25 we may be able to deliver ourselves, otherwise please contact us for delivery elsewhere.
If it is to go abroad, we would suggest it be sent out in a purpose made crate and we would be happy to supply quotes for this.
