Unusual Top Notch Antique English Tantalus C.1890

Description

A fabulous and most unusual tantalus made from solid English Oak and polished brass, all professionally cleaned to gleam.

The three decanters are an unusual design too, made from excellent quality crystal and intricately hand cut. To access the decanters, the key is turned and while turned the decanters can be pulled forward, the tray tilts to one side allowing the decanters to be removed.

Either side of the tantalus is a row of six cut crystal liquor glasses; two were missing so we have had to have two hand made to match at great expense!, but well worth it to complete the tantalus back to it's original glory.

A fine example in excellent undamaged condition. 13" x 9" x 12 1/2" tall.
