Description

Small Regency mahogany sofa table. Satinwood banded plum pudding mahogany top over two short drawers with ebony and boxwood inlay and fitted with brass knobs (two dummy drawers to the rear). Raised on splay legs, terminating in brass castors. Circa. 1820

With a paper label inside the drawer “T. Wilmott Upholder, Cabinet-maker and Undertaker, no. 16 John Street, Oxford Street. There is also a dealer’s stamp, ‘Frank Partridge’
