Description

An Edwardian Sheraton influenced mahogany and inlaid bureau bookcase having a swan neck pediment with moulded cornice above two 13 pane astragal glazed doors. The bureau fall inlaid with scrolling swags an urn and harebells in satinwood and boxwood. The oak interior with 6 pigeon holes and 2 drawers, the exterior having 3 graduated drawers all retaining brass swan neck handles and standing on shaped bracket feet. The whole with satinwood banding between ebony and boxwood lines and oval and round Sheraton style shells. In excellent condition and of good proportions. Sizes:- Max.Height...84''/ 213.5cm. Width...30''/ 76.5cm. Depth of Base...18''/ 46cm. Interior of Bookcase..7''/17.8cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £55.
