Lovely regency teapoy constructed from yew wood with mahogany banding dating from aorund 1800. It has a drawer to the front with original working key which opens to reveal a lidded compartment to either side of a circular compartment that has its original dark baise lining that would have held a mixing bowl for the leaves. It stands on a squared tapering support with mahogany banded edge and mahogany beaded moulding. Quadroform base with small bun feet.
