Gents 9 Carat Gold Valex Wrist Watch, 1960

Description

Gents 9 carat gold Valex wrist watch.

The watch has a 17 jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 32.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1960. The case has some surface marks and a series of small indentations to the back but overall is absolutely fine for a 1960 piece.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in lovely condition with just some darkening to the end of the hour hand.

A new black leather strap has been fitted.
