A late Victorian mahogany and satinwood banded writing table or desk. It has two sets of small drawers with gilt metal gallery over a tooled leather writing surface and two further drawers below. The desk has original handles, knobs, galleries and leather. It has square tapered and line inlaid legs and original castors. Dimensions are: width 39ins(99cms) x depth 21.75ins(55.5cms)) x height to writing surface 30ins(76cms). Height overall is 37.5ins(95cms).
