The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
This particular watch has a signed stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which is also signed with the La Trame name… there is an indentation to the inner cover.

The watch measures 53mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 800 silver and there are Swiss hallmarks inside both of the back covers. There is a small indentation to the bezel but overall the condition is good. Originally there would have been rose gold wash detail but only traces of this remain.

The watch glass is in good order.
The signed white enamel dial has a charming appearance with elegant Arabic numerals, hand painted gold minute markers, and ornate hands. There is a little damage at number 2 and a few faint hairline cracks.
