The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a stem winding movement which is working well. The movement is signed Elgin Nat'l Watch Co, U.S.A., seven jewels and it has the serial number 23752960 which dates the watch to 1920.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the stem and loop. The silver case has hallmarks inside the two case backs for Chester (import mark), 1919 with a sponsor's mark for the watch manufacturer and importer Marc Holland. The case is in good condition.

The lens is in very good condition.
The signed white enamel dial is signed Elgin U.S.A and has a couple of faint hairline cracks although hardly noticeable to the naked eye but otherwise it is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
