Description

Early 19th.c. Regency mahogany bow front writing table c.1815. Solid single piece mahogany top with useful gallery surround (to stop things rolling off the top) and crossbanded edge. Over two drawers with ebony strung and inlaid fronts with large brass knobs. Raised on long slim turned and tapering legs to the front and rear. Solid mahogany drawer linings. Old wear and fading to the top otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
