Large mid 19th pine kitchen dresser c.1860. Just under seven feet wide with a three shelf rack with moulded cornice, shaped sides and shoes. Over a breakfront base with three drawers over two cupboards and a central back of three further drawers. Turned knobs, faux columns, panelled doors and sides and bracket feet. Overall condition is good, very solid and sturdy though here are a few minor shakes along the grain in the top of the base section. Unfortunately it seems the base suffered the attentions of an overly affectionate puppy which has left its teeth marks in the timber! Left dry and unwaxed it would be suitable for painting.
