Edwardian Mahogany Double Bed

1900 - 1920
Description

A magnificent antique Edwardian mahogany double bed dating from circa 1910. Comprising of a headboard, footboard and iron rails (no base or mattress included). The headboard is straight and the footboard is bowed in shape and both have very attractive designs along with extensive stringing decoration and flame figured inlay. It has a Vono frame which is easily assembled or dis-assembled. A really good example.

Condition Report:

Good condition – beautiful patina. Wear and marks commensurate with age. Would have originally have been taller (marks to lower parts of legs)
