Magnificent Victorian Signed French Paris Pewter Sculpture Candelabra Table Lamp

Magnificent Huge Rare French Paris 5 arms table candelabra lamp by the prominent Art Nouveau style French sculptor Auguste Moreau (1860-1910), made of pewter with great details. Arms are decorated with dazzling crystal drops.

A rare antique centre piece.

Two men and two ladies in great details, all four bear the sculptor's signature and a round stamp stating the place of origin being Paris France - please see photos.

Moreau 's style was realistic and graceful, revealing his relation to the other member of the Moreau dynasty and creating numerous models that can now be found in museums throughout the world. He worked in France during the late 19th century and regularly exhibited.

Condition

Excellent antique condition; some very minor paint loss which can only been seen on close inspection; apart from rewiring, no restoration work has been done therefore extremely original. Professionally rewired and PAT tested.
