Edwardian Solid Silver 6 Slice Toast Rack 1906

This fine ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN TOAST RACK has six compartments divided by a rounded frame supporting a central handle. The rack, made by Harrison Bros & Howson in 1906, has a rectangular shaped body / base that has rounded corners and is supported by four ball feet. The toast rack has seven delightfully shaped dividers resulting in six toast sections and the central divider has a shaped handle on the top.

This lovely toast rack has not been engraved with any family crests or initials and one end has a full set of clearly defined hallmarks. This is made from exceptional good heavy gauge silver, is of fine quality and is in exceptional condition and could be used as intended as a toast rack or as a superb desk top letter rack or would make a wonderful addition to any collection and would enhance any table setting.
