Five Salt Glazed Garden Planters C.1880.

Description

Superb run of five late 19th.c. salt glazed garden planters c.1880. Identical size and decoration with an impressed pattern around the top, raised flower leaf and fern motifs to the sides and two useful handles for lifting. The internal diameter is 14" with a large drainage hole in the base of each. The slight variations in colour are from the original firing. Minor chips and wear but overall very good original condition with no cracks or repairs.
