A very finely detailed engraving on this solid silver stamp case makes it particularly attractive. In the shape of a small envelope, the front of the case has swirls and leaf engravings. The back has similar engravings with a small empty cartouch in the centre. The lid is hinged and when opened reveals the hallmarks: Birmingham 1915 and the Marker''s marks: Adie & Lovekin on the underneath of the lid and to the inside of the case. There is a fastening hoop to the left side.
Condition: This case is in very good condition. No wear to the beautiful engravings and no visible dents to the silver.
